The day begins with registration and breakfast, then moves through opening ceremony, wellness rotations, networking, chef luncheon, peer-to-peer conversation, and a closing empowerment session.

Proceeds from Reach New HERizons support MBECA's Influential Women Council, a year-round initiative uniting accomplished women from business, healthcare, education, government, media, philanthropy, and entrepreneurship.

Founding Council Members will help establish a lasting legacy that extends beyond the retreat and develops young women into thriving leaders across Louisiana communities.

Young Influential Women's Academy

YIWA identifies, equips, and empowers young women who aspire to become tomorrow's entrepreneurs, executives, public servants, healthcare leaders, educators, innovators, and community changemakers.

Participants build leadership skills through executive mentoring, shadowing, roundtables, community impact projects, pitch opportunities, wellness workshops, career coaching, capstone presentations, and scholarships.
